我们在1977年9月至1978年4月对海宁县30岁以上人群大肠癌普查,检出的直肠肛管各类型息肉2924例均采用钳摘、圈套、局切等方法摘除。于1979年2月至4月进行复查;实际复查2247例,复查率为76.85％。查出复发性息肉87例。息肉复发率为3.87％。复查资料分析讨论于下: 男性1404例,复发性息肉57例,复发率4.06%。女性843例,复发性息肉30例,复发率3.56％。
From September 1977 to April 1978, we conducted a general survey of colorectal cancer in people aged 30 years or older in Haining County. The detected 2,294 cases of rectal and anal canal polyps of all types were removed by forceps, snare, and excision. The review was conducted from February to April 1979; 2247 cases were actually reviewed and the review rate was 76.85%. 87 cases of recurrent polyps were found. The recurrence rate of polyps was 3.87%. Review data analysis discussed in the following: 1404 cases of males, 57 cases of recurrent polyps, recurrence rate of 4.06%. There were 843 females and 30 recurrent polyps with a recurrence rate of 3.56%.
