当今社会的竞争是人才的竞争。企业的核心竞争力体现在企业的知识、人力资源和企业的管理模式,优秀的人才、先进的知识资源加上科学的管理模式,理所当然,企业能够显著提升企业绩效,实现企业发展目标。绩效管理是企业管理活动中最为重要的管理活动之一,本文主要探究人力资源管理实践和知识管理导向对企业绩效的影响。
The competition in today’s society is talent competition. The core competitiveness of enterprises is reflected in the enterprise’s knowledge, human resources and business management, excellent personnel, advanced knowledge resources plus scientific management mode, of course, companies can significantly enhance business performance and achieve business development goals. Performance management is one of the most important management activities in the enterprise management activities. This paper mainly explores the impact of human resource management practices and knowledge management orientation on business performance.
