Speaking of camouflage, people often think of chameleons, because it can quickly change the color of the skin, integrated into the surrounding environment. In fact, there are many more animals camouflaged in nature than chameleons. Scientists refer to this phenomenon as mimicry, which refers to the imitation of one species by another organism, including behavior, posture, shape and even smell, pheromones, etc. Imitation, its main purpose is to passively evade predators and predators and so on. At first glance, people think it is a snake in the first time. In fact, it is not a snake, but a caterpillar disguised as a snake. In order to imitate more lifelike, this harmless caterpillar sometimes even bitten a snake’s attack on the predator who threatened it, letting the other side avoid it.
