主要从扭矩法的角度对刀具铣削工件时破损的监测进行了较深入的理论探讨和试验研究。在分析其数学模型的基础上,提出了采用相邻齿周期峰值变化率作为特征信号这一新的信号处理方法,并自行开发研制了刀具破损实时监测系统。
Mainly from the torque point of view of the tool when the workpiece milling damage monitoring conducted in-depth theoretical discussion and experimental study. Based on the analysis of the mathematical model, a new signal processing method based on the peak change rate of the adjacent tooth period is proposed as the characteristic signal. A real-time monitoring system for the tool breakage is developed.
