面对越发激烈的市场竞争,人力资源管理在企业发展中占据越来越重要的地位,并逐步成为企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分,如何促使企业员工更好的适应岗位工作,提升其专业技能水平是各个企业要研究的关键。本文通过对岗位胜任力进行分析,概述了基于岗位胜任力的人力资源管理内容,提出了相应的管理对策,以期更好的满足企业经济发展需求。
