目的探讨瞬时波强技术评价老年脑梗死患者颈总动脉血流动力学的价值。方法老年脑梗死患者38例,分别应用瞬时波强技术与脉冲多普勒方法检测颈总动脉收缩期峰值流速(peak velocity of systole,Ps)、舒张末期流速(velocity of diastole,Pd),计算阻力指数(resistance index,RI),并进行比较。结果瞬时波强技术与脉冲多普勒所测Ps、Pd、RI比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且2种方法所得Ps、Pd、RI值相关性好(P<0.01),但脉冲多普勒测量所得数据的离散度较瞬时波强技术测量所得数据的离散度明显增大(P<0.05)。结论瞬时波强技术检测颈总动脉血流动力学的各项参数指标较脉冲多普勒检测结果可靠。
Objective To investigate the value of transient wave intensity in evaluating the common carotid artery hemodynamics in elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Thirty-eight elderly patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups: the peak velocity of systole (Ps) and the velocity of diastole (Pd) were measured by using instantaneous wave intensity and pulse Doppler, respectively, to calculate the resistance Index (resistance index, RI), and compared. Results There was no significant difference in Ps, Pd, RI between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was a significant correlation between Ps, Pd and RI (P <0.01) The dispersion of the data obtained by pulse Doppler measurement was significantly higher than that of the instantaneous wave intensity measurement (P <0.05). Conclusion The parameters of instantaneous wave intensity technique to detect the common carotid artery hemodynamics are more reliable than the pulse Doppler detection.
