任何一个国家都会存在贫困差异,而解决此差异的反贫困战略也不同。作为世界上重要的多族群国家,中美两国在高等教育领域都推行基于族群的倾向性政策。对中美两国少数民族教育优惠政策的实施背景、问题及争论进行比较分析,并对此政策进行思考;此外,对完善中国高等教育领域少数民族优惠政策问题提出相应对策。
Poverty disparity exists in any one country, and anti-poverty strategies to solve this disparity are also different. As an important multiethnic country in the world, both China and the United States have pursued a pro-ethnic propensity policy in the field of higher education. This part compares and analyzes the background, problems and controversies of the preferential policies for ethnic minority education between China and the United States, and gives some suggestions on this policy. In addition, it puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the preferential policies for ethnic minorities in China’s higher education.
