渠道药的流通渠道是:医药公司向制药厂购买药,药店或医院根据需要再到医药公司购买。由于药厂之间的竞争、同类产品之间的竞争,医药代表的作用便是尽力游说医院购进自己的药,游说医生多开自己的药。药价一般是这样构成的:制药厂在出厂价的基础上加上15%到医药公司,医药公司再加上20%至25%卖给医院,医院在零售时又会加上10%左右。医生卖一瓶药,可以得到零售价的10%至15%的回扣。
