目的探讨胸部CT平扫诊断贫血程度的价值及准确性。方法测量175例不同程度贫血及非贫血患者的左心室、右心室、室间隔CT值及室隔差值,与36 h内患者外周血Hb水平进行分析,得出CT平扫诊断贫血程度的最佳阈值。结果室隔差值与患者Hb水平相关性最大(决定系数为0.844,P=0.000)。通过ROC曲线分析,得出当室隔差值>5.5 HU时,诊断轻度贫血的敏感性为92.9%,特异性较低;当室隔差值取9.5~13.5 HU时,诊断中度贫血的敏感性为95.2%,特异性为68.1%;当室隔差值>13.5 HU时,诊断重度贫血的敏感性为87.5%,特异性为73%。结论 CT平扫诊断轻、中、重度贫血的最佳阈值分别为5.5~9.5 HU、9.5~13.5 HU、>13.5 HU。
Objective To investigate the value and accuracy of chest CT in the diagnosis of anemia. Methods The left ventricular and right ventricular and ventricular septal CT values and ventricular septal differences were measured in 175 patients with different degrees of anemia and non-anemia.
