以棉纤维素为原料,N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)为溶剂,壳聚糖为增强助剂,甘油为增塑剂制取天然纤维素包装膜,研究了增强助剂壳聚糖加入前后对薄膜性能的影响。结果表明:加入壳聚糖后制得的天然纤维素膜的拉伸强度增加了43.58%、断裂伸长率增加了19.05%、透油系数降低了48.20%、氧气透过率降低了13.70%、透湿系数降低了10.27%、透光率下降了9.02%、横向热收缩率增加了22.45%、纵向热收缩率增加了27.78%。可见,壳聚糖对纤维素膜的透光率影响较为微弱,但对拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、透油性、透氧性、透湿性、热收缩率影响均为显著。
