设计了用于零件修复的新型 Pb- Sn基耐磨钎料 ,模拟丰 - 3发动机曲轴油封部位的工作状态 ,对钎料试样进行了磨损试验 ,分析了 Sn、Sb、Cu和 RE等合金元素对钎料耐磨性能的影响。结果表明 ,在合金成分范围内 ,合金中 Sn、Sb和 RE含量较高时 ,钎料的耐磨性能较好。 4组 16种不同成分的钎料合金中 ,9号和 16号具有良好的耐磨性能 ,15 2 h磨损量仅为 0 .1195 g和 0 .15 6 1g。
A new type of Pb - Sn based wear - resistant brazing material was designed to simulate the working condition of Feng - 3 engine crankshaft oil seal. The wear test was carried out on the solder samples. The properties of Sn, Sb, Cu and RE alloys Influence of Elements on Wear Resistance of Solder. The results show that the wear resistance of the brazing filler metal is better when the contents of Sn, Sb and RE are higher in the alloy composition. Of the 16 groups of 16 solder alloys with different compositions, No. 9 and No. 16 have good wear resistance and wear resistance is only 0.1519 g and 0.15 6 1g in 15 h.
