文章通过对我国沥青路面热再生技术难点及原因分析,提出了热再生改性的办法并作了较系统实验研究,室内外试验表明:采用HRM改性剂应用于场拌完全热再生,使旧沥青混合料变异性得到有效控制,再生料的综合品质能够达到或超过普通沥青混合料综合品质;我国每年产生的旧沥青混合料量大、利用少,热再生改性成本低、效益显著,因而沥青路面热再生具有广阔的应用前景。
Through the analysis of the difficulties and reasons of thermal regeneration technology of asphalt pavement in our country, the article put forward the method of thermal regeneration modification and made a systematic experiment study. The indoor and outdoor tests show that the HRM modifier is applied to complete hot regeneration of field mixing, The variability of asphalt mixture is effectively controlled and the comprehensive quality of recycled material can meet or exceed the comprehensive quality of common asphalt mixture. The amount of old asphalt mixture produced in our country is large, the utilization is small, the cost of thermal regeneration modification is low, and the benefit is significant Asphalt pavement thermal regeneration has broad application prospects.
