目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定三十五味沉香丸中羟基红花黄色素A的含量。方法:色谱柱为Elite-ODS C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(27∶73∶0.05);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:403nm;柱温:室温。结果:羟基红花黄色素A进样量在0.15~0.35μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.20%,RSD为0.43%(n=9)。结论:采用HPLC法测定三十五味沉香丸中羟基红花黄色素A的含量,样品处理方法简便,测定结果准确,方法专属性强,精密度高,重复性好。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Sanwuwei Chenxiang Pills. Methods: The chromatographic column was Elite-ODS C18(250mm×4.6mm, 5μm); mobile phase: methanol-water-phosphoric acid (27∶73∶0.05); flow rate: 1.0mL/min; detection wavelength: 403nm; column temperature: room temperature . Results: The calibration curve of hydroxysafflor yellow A in the range of 0.15-0.35μg showed a good linear relationship with the peak area (r=0.9999). The average recovery was 99.20% and the RSD was 0.43% (n=9). Conclusion: The HPLC method was used to determine the content of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Sanwuwei Chenxiang Pills. The method of sample preparation was simple, the determination results were accurate, the method was special, the precision was high, and the repeatability was good.
