随着露天采矿的不断发展,需要对占总投资一半以上的汽车运输系统加以合理规划和利用。汽车运输系统十分复杂,看来只有计算机模拟技术才是预测运输系统工作状态的有效方法。已开发出一些不同复杂程度的用以模拟露天矿汽车调度的计算机模型。其中有一种详细模拟汽车工作的计算机模型对评价汽车调度系统极为有用。它可用来研究计算机调度系统对车-铲系统生产能力的影响;检验各种调度方案,以改善汽车运输工况;确定运输系统的汽车最优数量,以达最高生产率;识别现行或拟用运输系统中影响最优运行的因素。本文研究的内容,是利用计算机辅助模拟技术来评价汽车调度系统。通过对一个假定运输系统的分析,发现调度模式比非调度模式可提高生产率,还可减少需要的汽车数量。
With the continuous development of open pit mining, the car transport system that needs to account for more than half of the total investment needs to be rationally planned and utilized. Car transport systems are complex and it appears that only computer simulation technology is an effective way to predict the operational status of a transport system. A number of computer models have been developed to simulate the scheduling of open-pit mines in varying degrees of complexity. Among them, a computer model that simulates car work in detail is extremely useful for evaluating a car dispatch system. It can be used to study the impact of computerized dispatch systems on the production capacity of car-shovel systems; to test various dispatch schemes to improve vehicle transport; to determine the optimum number of cars in the transport system for maximum productivity; to identify current or proposed transport Factors affecting optimal operation in the system. The content of this paper is the use of computer-aided simulation technology to evaluate the vehicle scheduling system. Through the analysis of a hypothetical transportation system, we found that the dispatch mode can improve the productivity than the non-dispatch mode and reduce the number of vehicles needed.
