目的探讨高压电烧伤对SD大鼠凝血功能的影响。方法将120只SD大鼠随机分为假高压电烧伤组(简称对照组)、高压电烧伤组(简称电伤组),每组又随机分为电伤前15 min、电伤后5 min内、电伤1 h、2 h、4 h、8 h 6个时相组,每个时相组10只大鼠。测定每只烧伤SD大鼠的凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fib-C)水平及血小板(PLT)数量的变化。结果 SD大鼠在高压电烧伤后PT、TT、APTT时间明显缩短,至伤后8 h PT、TT、APTT时间低于对照组时间。而Fib-C、PLT数量在烧伤后5 min即明显升高,至伤后8 h其浓度仍逐渐上升。结论高压电烧伤严重影响SD大鼠的凝血功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of high voltage electric burn on the coagulation function of SD rats. Methods A total of 120 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups: sham group (control group) and high-voltage electric burn group (group of electric injury), each group was randomly divided into 15 min before electric injury, min, electrical injury 1 h, 2 h, 4 h, 8 h 6 phase group, each phase group 10 rats. The changes of prothrombin time (PT), thrombin time (TT), APTT, fibrinogen (Fib-C) and platelet count (PLT) in each burn SD rat were measured. Results The PT, TT and APTT time of SD rats were significantly shortened after HVA, and the PT, TT and APTT time of 8 h after injury were lower than that of the control group. However, the number of Fib-C and PLT increased significantly 5 min after burn, and gradually increased at 8 h after injury. Conclusion High voltage electric burn seriously affects the coagulation function of SD rats.
