随着我国创新型国家的建设和知识经济的发展,企业正在逐步从以面向工业经济的重复性活动为主朝着面向知识经济的定制化和创新性活动为主的方向转变,这种转变要求企业从现有的日常运营导向型组织向项目导向型组织进行变革。通过对工程建设企业和投资企业、高新技术企业与研发型企业、矿井掘进企业和煤炭生产企业等带有定制化生产类型特点的企业的深入研究发现,当今这种企业组织的变革是一个逐级变革和不断成熟的过程。为此,通过研究提出了与这种组织变革相关的项目导向型组织变革成熟度模型,并在充分讨论现有组织变革的相关理论和文献基础上,全面论述这一模型和相关机理。
With the construction of our country of innovation and the development of knowledge economy, enterprises are gradually shifting from the repetitive activities oriented toward the industrial economy towards the customized and innovative activities oriented towards the knowledge-based economy. This shift requires Enterprises from the existing day-to-day operations-oriented organizations to project-oriented organizations to change. Through in-depth study of enterprises with the characteristics of customized production types such as engineering construction enterprises, investment enterprises, high-tech enterprises and R & D enterprises, miners and coal mining enterprises, it is found that the transformation of the current enterprise organization is a step by step Change and maturing process. To this end, we propose a model of project-oriented organizational change maturity that is relevant to such organizational change, and thoroughly discuss the model and related mechanisms on the basis of a thorough discussion of the existing theories and literature on organizational change.
