分析了声表面波传感器谐振频率随扭矩变化的传感机理,实际制作了差动型声表面波传感器,并通过网络分析仪测试了传感器的线性度和灵敏度。在此基础上搭建了阅读器收发链路,通过阅读器实现了转轴扭矩的无线无源检测。与现有航空发动机测量扭矩时常用的滑环、变压器、电池等能量供给和信号传输方式相比较,该研究方案和搭建的测试系统在一定程度上可以有效地解决可靠供电和信号传输的困难。
The sensing mechanism of resonant frequency of SAW sensor with torque variation was analyzed. The differential SAW sensor was fabricated and the linearity and sensitivity of the sensor were tested by network analyzer. On this basis, a reader transceiver link was set up, and wireless passive detection of shaft torque was realized through a reader. Compared with the energy supply and signal transmission methods of slip rings, transformers, batteries and other commonly used aeroengines torque measurement, the research program and the built test system to some extent can effectively solve the difficulties of reliable power supply and signal transmission.
