南方某企业年初到苏北某地招工,承诺其工作环境好,月薪不低于1000元。打工者去后发现该厂是一家小型化工企业,工作环境恶劣,不少打工者因化学品中毒鼻子流血。三个多月后,工人们向老板提出解除合同,并要求补发两个月的工资和一定的补偿。可老板以工人不守信用为由,拒绝补发工资和经济补偿。
An enterprise in the south to some places in northern Jiangsu recruitment, promised a good working environment, a monthly salary of not less than 1,000 yuan. Migrant workers found that the plant is a small chemical company, poor working conditions, many migrant workers because of chemical poisoning nose bleed. After more than three months, the workers proposed to the boss to rescind the contract and requested a two-month salary and some compensation. The boss refused to reimbursement of wages and economic compensation on the grounds that workers abide by credit.
