采用双波长扫描法测定了冠心丹参滴丸中及三七药材中人参皂甙Ｒｇ１ 的含量。并用水溶解正丁醇萃取并离心破乳方式处理供试品，操作简便、快速，结果准确，可作为本品的质量控制标准。
The content of ginsenoside Rg1 in Guanxin Danshen Dripping Pills and Sanqi medicinal materials was determined by dual wavelength scanning.
