应用活体显微电视录像技术,观察降钙素基因相关肽(Calcitoningene-relatedPeptide,CGRP)对大鼠肠系膜微血管和微淋巴管的作用及其对去甲肾上腺素(NE)、内皮素(ET)所致微血管、微淋巴管效应的影响。结果表明,CGRP直接扩张肠系膜各级微血管和微淋巴管,拮抗并改善NE和ET引起的微血管、微淋巴管效应及微循环血液流态的异常改变。CGRP的上述作用与NO的生成和释放无关
