在天平检修工作中,我们常常发现小蜘蛛钻进天平里拉丝结网,严重影响天平的计量性能,造成示值失准.蜘蛛丝细小、白色,富有弹性,粘附力强,极不易发现、察觉.一旦天平内有蛛丝,稍不注意就会造成衡量失误.本人经过多年的实践、总结,认为食品、罐头、饲料行业中的天平出现此类现象居多.现举一例为证;最近,南靖罐头厂TG328A电光分析天平失准.经检定,发现左盘与微分标牌之间有蜘蛛丝粘连.灵敏度m:9.98mg时,左盘仅36分度,右盘SO_2仅72分度(规定100±2分度),示值变动性△_0.达8分度,△_p:达10分度(允差1分度).实测
