本研究通过反转录-PCR获得了SARS冠状病毒辐条样蛋白、核衣壳蛋白和膜蛋白基因,将所获得的可能与免疫保护相关的基因克隆至核酸疫苗表达载体pcDNA-ThyA中,酶切及序列分析结果均表明载体构建正确,该候选DNA疫苗已用于动物免疫实验。
In this study, the SARS coronavirus spokes-like protein, nucleocapsid protein and membrane protein genes were obtained by reverse transcription-PCR, and the possible genes related to immune protection were cloned into the DNA vaccine expression vector pcDNA-ThyA. The result of sequence analysis indicated that the vector was constructed correctly. The candidate DNA vaccine has been used in animal immunization experiments.
