用 RT 培养基对芝麻(Sesamum indicumLinn.)作组织培养,每间隔6～8周将生长的组织转移到新鲜的 RT 培养基再培养。共培养36个月,每间隔2、4、6及8周计算生长指数。将生长的组织干燥粉碎,于30%HCl(体积/体积)中回馏加热4小时。水解物用冷水洗涤至中性,过滤,于60℃干燥,然后以沙氏提取器用苯提取 The sesame (Sesamum indicum Linn.) was cultured in tissue culture using RT medium, and the growing tissue was transferred to fresh RT medium at intervals of 6 to 8 weeks and then cultured. After 36 months of co-cultivation, the growth index was calculated at intervals of 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks. The grown tissue was dried and crushed, and was retorted in 30% HCl (v/v) and heated for 4 hours. The hydrolysate was washed with cold water to neutrality, filtered, dried at 60°C, and extracted with benzene using a Sabouraud extractor.
