The two methods of on-line programming the SST39VF800AFlash memory by ADSP-BF531, a new ADI’s Blackfin processor, and the implementation of parallel bootstrapping of the DSP system by power are described. The introduction of programming principles has universal significance, and the methods involved can be directly applied by engineers to develop ADSP systems.
