本文用超声多普勒对40例正常妊娠和34例高危妊娠胎盘循环进行了纵向性监测,发现正常妊娠胎盘循环阻力随孕周增长逐渐下降,脐动脉A/B值30孕周后<3.0,子宫动脉A/B值24孕周后<2.5,且舒张期切迹逐渐消失;高危妊娠胎盘循环阻力明显高于正常妊娠(P<0.05)。胎盘循环解剖生理学及病理学改变均能在多普勒血流频谱图上反映出来。因此,胎盘循环超声多普勒监测在临床应用中有很大价值。
In this paper, 40 cases of normal pregnancy and 34 cases of high-risk pregnancy placental circulation was longitudinally monitored by ultrasound Doppler and found that the placental circulation resistance of normal pregnancy decreased gradually with the growth of gestational age. The A / B value of umbilical artery was less than 3 after 30 weeks of gestation. 0, uterine artery A / B value of 24 gestational weeks after <2.5, and diastolic notch gradually disappear; placental circulation resistance in high-risk pregnancy was significantly higher than normal pregnancy (P <0.05). Placental circulation anatomical physiology and pathological changes can be reflected in the Doppler flow spectrum. Therefore, the circulating placental ultrasound Doppler monitoring in the clinical application of great value.
