为了研究公平偏好对于物流服务供应链运作效率的影响,提出更为稳健、科学、可操作的物流服务供应链激励机制与协同运作思路。采用了建模分析及数值试验的方法,重点考虑了功能商之间存在横向公平偏好心理,构建了物流服务供应链双重委托代理模型。分析了基于公平偏好的物流服务供应链协同运作模式。结果表明:功能商的横向公平偏好不影响集成商的努力水平,但会影响自身的努力水平,横向公平偏好能够调动功能商努力工作的积极性;功能商的横向公平偏好增强,有利于集成商获得更多的期望收益,同时能提高物流服务供应链的总产出,但是存在总效益提升与功能商、客户期望收益下降的矛盾。
In order to study the impact of fair preference on the operational efficiency of logistics service supply chain, a more robust, scientific and operational logistics service supply chain incentive mechanism and coordinated operation ideas are put forward. The methods of modeling analysis and numerical experiment are adopted. The horizontal fairness preference psychology exists between functionaries, and the double principal-agent model of logistics service supply chain is constructed. The paper analyzes the collaborative mode of logistics service supply chain based on fairness preference. The results show that the horizontal fairness preference of functional suppliers does not affect the level of hard work of integrators, but it will affect their own level of efforts. The horizontal fairness preferences can arouse the enthusiasm of functionalists to work hard. The horizontal fairness preference of functional suppliers is enhanced, More expected returns, and increase the total output of the logistics service supply chain at the same time. However, there is a conflict between the total profit increase and the decline in the expected profit of function providers and customers.
