为了探究干旱胁迫及氮用量对烤烟干物质与氮、磷、钾积累的影响,以烤烟品种吉烟9号为材料,设置5个氮用量处理进行了盆栽试验。结果表明,在农艺性状上,干旱胁迫下处理E(0.60 g/kg)的各项指标都优于其他处理,正常供水条件下处理D(0.45 g/kg)表现最佳,当氮用量增至0.60 g/kg时会抑制烟株的生长;干物质和N、P、K的日积累量都随着施氮量的增加而增加,并且日积累量都呈现慢、快、慢的变化趋势,干旱处理的干物质日积累高峰比正常供水处理提前4 d;K的日积累高峰比N和P提前4 d,说明钾对干旱反映比较敏感。
In order to investigate the effects of drought stress and nitrogen application on the accumulation of dry matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in flue-cured tobacco, pot experiment was conducted with five nitrogen treatments as the material. The results showed that the agronomic traits of E (0.60 g / kg) under drought stress were better than other treatments, and the best treatment D (0.45 g / kg) under normal water supply was the best. When the amount of nitrogen increased At 0.60 g / kg, the growth of tobacco plants was inhibited. The daily accumulation of dry matter and N, P and K increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate, and the daily accumulation showed slow, fast and slow changes. The daily accumulation peak of dry matter in drought treatment was 4 days earlier than that of normal water supply. The daily accumulation peak of K was 4 days earlier than that of N and P, which indicated potassium was more sensitive to drought.
