大众传媒作为一种权力资源,是话语力量的增效器,与舆论宣传有着千丝万缕的联系,因此必然被置于政府的控制下,并始终服从和服务于政府的内外政策。本文以美国媒体在总统选举和“妖魔化中国”中的宣传为例,考察美国的传媒政治及其在内政外交活动中发挥的重要作用,从而观察其宣传的效果。
As a kind of power resource, the mass media is a multiplier of discourse power and is inextricably linked with media publicity. Therefore, mass media must be placed under the control of the government and always obey and serve the internal and external policies of the government. Taking the propaganda of American media in the presidential election and “demonizing China” as an example, this article examines the media politics in the United States and its important role in the internal affairs and diplomatic activities so as to observe the effect of its propaganda.
