在第18届中国国际工业博览会质量创新论坛暨第十一届上海国际质量研讨会上,国际质量科学院副院长拉尔斯·索尔奎斯特在大会演讲中提出了“质量是打造可持续性的首位要素”“质量成就未来”的鲜明观点,认为随着顾客影响力的增长、数字化的发展、全球质量竞争的挑战、高效精益系统的要求、可持续发展的目标,未来对质量的需求将会更高。下一代的质量管理将更加聚焦于全面质量发展、质量创新领导力、经济持续性的责任心、良好雇佣关系、创造客户价值以及价值链早期质量。其中良好雇佣关系的建立对于组织能力提升、质量持续改进具有尤为重要。
