目的 :观察大黄虫丸对阿霉素 (ADR)肾病伴高脂血症大鼠的治疗作用 ,拓展传统中药的新用途。方法 :采用右肾切除术加ADR和高脂饲料建立ADR肾病伴高脂血症模型。以 0 .75g/kg·d和 /1.5kg·d于造模 7d后灌胃给药 ,同时设模型组 ,雷公藤碱组和正常对照组。定期测定尿蛋白 ,10W后取血测BuN、TP、CHO、TG、HDL -C ,ALB等。结果 :( 1)大黄虫丸能降低ADR肾病伴高脂血症大鼠CHO、TG和HDL-C与模型组比较具有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1) 。 ( 2 )可减少模型大鼠尿蛋白的排泄 ,与模型组比较具有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) 。 ( 3 )治疗期间 ,给药组大鼠体重增长 ,摄食量增加 ,与模型组比较有显著差异 ,同时对BuN、TP和ALB含量也有升高趋势。结论 :大黄蛰虫丸对ADR肾病伴高血脂症大鼠具有良好的治疗作用 ,为临床用药提供实验依据。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Dahuangqichong Pill on adriamycin (ADR) nephropathy with hyperlipidemia in rats, and to expand the new use of traditional Chinese medicine. METHODS: ADR nephropathy with hyperlipidemia model was established by right nephrectomy plus ADR and high fat diet. The rats were intragastrically administered at 0.75g/kg·d and 1.5kg·d for 7 days, and model group, triptolide group and normal control group were also set up. The urinary protein was measured on a regular basis. Blood was taken after 10W for BuN, TP, CHO, TG, HDL-C, and ALB. Results: (1) Dahuangqichong Pill can reduce the ADR nephropathy with hyperlipidemia rats CHO, TG and HDL-C compared with the model group had significant differences (P <0. 05, P <0. 01). (2) The excretion of urinary protein in model rats was reduced, and there was a significant difference compared with the model group (P<0.05). (3) During the treatment period, rats in the administration group gained weight and food intake increased significantly compared with the model group. At the same time, the contents of BuN, TP and ALB also increased. Conclusion: Dahuangqichong Pill has a good therapeutic effect on rats with ADR nephropathy and hyperlipidemia, providing experimental basis for clinical drug use.
