目的:了解中国南北方城市商场与超市室内空气微生物的污染状况及主要影响因素。方法:于2007年-2009年选择中国北方廊坊市和南方韶关市的商场、超市,按冬夏两季用安德森六级空气微生物采样器采集室内空气中的细菌和真菌培养计数。结果:南方城市韶关室内空气细菌与真菌总数冬夏差异较小;北方城市廊坊室内空气细菌总数夏季高于冬季,室内空气真菌总数冬夏差异较小。结论:季节变化对商场和超市室内空气微生物浓度有一定影响。在高温高湿的夏季,北方城市廊坊室内空气细菌污染较重。
Objective: To understand the indoor air microbial contamination and the main influencing factors in the shopping malls and supermarkets in southern and northern cities in China. Methods: From 2007 to 2009, we selected the shopping malls and supermarkets in Langfang City of northern China and Shaoguan City in the south of China and collected the bacterial and fungal culture counts in indoor air with Anderson six-stage air sampler in winter and summer. Results: The total number of indoor air bacteria and fungi in Shaoguan City in southern China was small in winter and summer. The total number of indoor air bacteria in Langfang in northern cities was higher in summer than in winter, and the difference in total number of indoor air fungi in winter and summer was small. Conclusion: Seasonal changes have some effect on indoor air microbial concentration in shopping malls and supermarkets. In the hot and humid summer, the northern city Langfang indoor air pollution heavier bacteria.
