针对煤矿井下矿车运输中普遍存在着矿车结底煤的问题,确定了全液压摇臂滚筒式清车机的设计方案。清车机工作装置采用筒形滚筒、截齿截割的清理方式,由液压马达直接驱动,一次清理矿车的全宽。采用四连杆臂架式工作机构,确定了主工作臂、工作立臂等主要组成机件的参数尺寸,以适应矿车结底煤清理的要求。分析了四杆机构的运动过程及工作特点,依据工作要求,选定了液压马达、液压泵、升降和支撑油缸等主要液压元件及其参数。
Aiming at the common problem of coal mine shaft bottom coal transportation, the design scheme of full hydraulic rocker roller cleaner is determined. Cleaner machine working device using cylindrical roller, pick cutting method of cleaning, direct drive by the hydraulic motor, a clear car full width. The use of four-link arm-type work mechanism, to determine the main work arm, work arms and other major components of the mechanical parameters of the size to meet the end of coal car bearing coal cleaning requirements. Based on the work requirements, the main hydraulic components such as hydraulic motor, hydraulic pump, lifting and supporting cylinders and their parameters were analyzed.
