目前我校的五年制学生普遍是95后,甚至00后,他们的思想观念更新很快,班主任容易和他们产生思想鸿沟,这给我们五年制高职班主任的工作带来了一些困难。那么,如何提高五年制高职班主任管理工作能力呢?本文结合现阶段五年制高职学生的特点及笔者的班主任日常工作情况对如何提高五年制班主任管理能力给出了一点思考和意见。
At present, the five-year students in our school are generally 95 or even 00. Their ideas and ideas are updated very quickly and the teacher-in-charge is apt to create a mental gap with them. This has brought some difficulties to the work of our five-year-long class teacher. So, how to improve the ability of the five-year-class higher vocational class teacher management work? This article combined with the characteristics of the current five-year vocational students and the author’s class teacher daily work on how to improve the five-year class teacher management capacity gives a little thought and opinion .
