为评价亚洲玉米螟对高效氯氟氰菊酯的抗性风险,室内采用毛细管点滴处理4龄幼虫连续汰选11代,并采用葡萄糖氧化酶终点法测定了汰选品系F10代试虫卵、不同龄期幼虫、蛹以及5龄幼虫不同组织部位海藻糖酶活性。结果表明,保持存活率约50%条件下用高效氯氟氰菊酯连续汰选11代,LD50值为0.043μg/虫,除F3代(LD500.086μg/虫)外,其它世代与F0代(LD500.045μg/虫)差异不显著;汰选品系卵、3龄、4龄幼虫及蛹的海藻糖酶活性为14.54、31.42、53.28和30.79mU/mgpro.,明显低于对照;5龄幼虫的血淋巴和中肠组织中海藻糖酶活性分别为8.05和140.97mU/mgpro.,明显低于对照的58.86和316.17mU/mgpro.。
In order to assess the risk of resistance to lambda-cyhalothrin in Asian corn borer, indoor fourth-instar larvae of capillaries were used for continuous eleven generations of capsaicin removal.
