长输热油管道的燃料油和动力消耗占整个输油成本的40%以上,控制能耗是其运营管理的关键环节,而输油温度则是实现管道安全节能输送的重要控制参数。秦皇岛输油站的生产运行数据表明:若测温仪表存在误差,将直接影响管输能耗的有效控制。测温仪表的误差来源有内因和外因2种:内因是仪表本体性能发生变化,可以通过测温仪表系统互补法和减小仪表本体误差方式消除;外因则包括一次表安装不合理和二次表环境温度不合理,均可通过有效措施消除。
