采用过渡层/主体镀层/封闭层的三层结构做耐热合金的防护层。以冲击镍做过渡层提高基体材料与镀层的结合力;主体镀层含陶瓷粒子的复合镀层;经激光处理将表面重熔封闭。经实验证明,防护层有优良的耐高温氧化、含硫(0.5M)介质腐蚀性能以及振动磨损等性能
