目的:探讨CT在胸膜间皮瘤诊断与鉴别中的应用价值。方法:24例均行平扫加增强扫描。并与组织细胞学检查结果相对照进行回顾性分析。结果:本组中有18例经CT引导下穿刺活检,其中15例确诊,阳性率83.3%。结论:胸部CT检查能清楚显示肿瘤与胸膜的关系,以及胸膜病变的部位形态和分布。尤其在评价肿瘤侵犯的范围和程度,发现转移病灶等方面,为临床制定治疗方案和评价治疗效果提供宝贵的资料。 Objective: To investigate the value of CT in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pleural mesothelioma. Methods: Twenty-four patients underwent both plain scan and contrast-enhanced scan. And compared with the results of histological examination for retrospective analysis. Results: In this group of 18 patients underwent CT guided biopsy, of which 15 were diagnosed, the positive rate was 83.3%.
