本文用钻石模型分析华大基因,结合其合作新闻探索其战略,发现其商业化走向不可避免,但其未来发展仍有隐患,部门架构和企业重心需要跟随政策及时转移。 In this paper, we use diamond model to analyze Huada gene and explore its strategy with its cooperation news. It is found that its commercialization is inevitable. However, its future development still has potential risks. The departmental structure and corporate center of gravity need to be timely transferred in accordance with the policy.
