介绍了一种基于MSP430微处理器的便携式氧气报警检测仪的设计与实现。电化学反应式氧气传感器首先将氧气浓度信号转变成电流信号,经调理放大后传送至单片机MSP430,经MSP430内部的A/D转换后,进行串口输出和现场LED显示。采用嵌入式串/网口转换器将异步串行485通信信号转换成网络信号,通过局域网或互联网进行有线网络传输,以达到远程监测目的。本系统主要用于检测空气中的氧气浓度,并将检测数据进行本地和远程两种显示,同时还可对测量最大限远程设定,超限现场声音报警。通过管理软件实现历史数据的显示与检测。仪器测量电路具有通用性,配合不同气敏元件适当调节参数就可实现对多种气体的测量。
This paper introduces the design and implementation of a portable oxygen alarm detector based on MSP430 microprocessor.
