通过盆栽试验研究6种不同沼液施用量对生菜产量和干物质累积量的影响,分析了土壤中有机质,含砷量以及电导率的差异性。结果表明:随着沼液施用量的增加,生菜的产量及干物质累积量均有增加的趋势,且趋势基本一致;土壤有机质随沼液施用量的增加出现先降低再增加的过程;沼液施用量增加致使土壤含砷量增加,沼液用量为3600 mL时,土壤砷含量最高,达到6.73 mg·kg-1,比未施用沼液处理增加60.1%;土壤的电导率也与沼液的施用量呈显著的相关关系,在0~5 cm土层中的相关系数为0.9749,在5~20 cm土层中的相关系数为0.9251。
The effects of six different biogas slurry application rates on lettuce yield and dry matter accumulation were studied by pot experiment, and the differences of soil organic matter, arsenic content and conductivity were analyzed. The results showed that the yield and dry matter accumulation of lettuce tended to increase with the increase of biogas slurry application rate, and the trend was basically the same. The soil organic matter firstly decreased and then increased with the increase of biogas slurry application rate. The soil arsenic content increased with the increase of application rate. When the amount of biogas slurry was 3600 mL, the content of arsenic in soil was the highest (6.73 mg · kg-1), which was 60.1% higher than that without biogas slurry treatment. The correlation coefficient was 0.9749 in 0 ~ 5 cm soil layer and 0.9251 in 5 ~ 20 cm soil layer.
