作者测定了23例高脂血症患者治疗前后的血脂、血小板聚集率以及血浆TXB_2和6-酮-PGF_(1x)浓度.治疗前患者的血小板聚集力增强,为正常组1.34倍,血浆TXB_2浓度为0.7nmol/L,6酮-PGF_(1x)为1.1nmol/L;而正常组分别为0.357nmol/L和0.38nmol/L,存在极显著差异.服水香冠心片后,该组患者的胆固醇(Ch),甘油三酯(Tg)分别下降21.6％和25％,血小板聚集力下降,TXB_2降至0.32nmol/L,6酮-PGF_(1x)降至0.53nmol/L,均有明显改善(P<0.05).结果表明:高脂血症确伴有血小板功能亢进,中药水香冠心片具有降低Ch,Tg和抑制血小板功能的双重作用.
The authors measured the blood lipid, platelet aggregation rate, and plasma TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_(1x) concentrations in 23 patients with hyperlipidemia before and after treatment.
