描述某核电工程厂房火情事件发生经过,从员工消防安全文化教育、隐患整改、动火作业管理、临时消防系统建设、施工现场人员进出控制等方面对此次火险事件发生原因进行全面分析。运用回弹法对V9墙混凝土以及M3墙至V16墙混凝土抗压强度以及碳化深度进行检测,以分析此次着火事件对X厂房X001房间着火点附近主体混凝土结构性能及着火处附近止水带的影响。提出从完善消防管理制度、加强消防教育,强化监督检查,强化消防队伍建设,建立火灾模型和风险评价体系,加强消防基础设施建设,加强初期火灾扑救工作等方面着手,加强核电厂消防管理工作。
Describe a nuclear power plant fire accident occurred after the staff from the fire safety culture and education, hidden danger rectification and reform, hot work management, construction of a temporary fire protection system, construction site personnel access control and other aspects of the fire danger occurred a comprehensive analysis. The compressive strength and carbonation depth of concrete of V9 wall and M3 to V16 wall were tested by springback method to analyze the influence of the fire event on the performance of main concrete structure near the ignition point of X00 room of X plant X and the water stop near the fire place . The paper puts forward to strengthening fire management in nuclear power plants by improving the fire management system, strengthening fire prevention education, strengthening supervision and inspection, strengthening the building of fire brigade, establishing fire model and risk evaluation system, strengthening fire infrastructure construction and strengthening early fire fighting.
