目的:对预变性大鼠嗅神经后嗅球嗅鞘细胞的形态学及免疫组化进行研究,探讨获取自体激活嗅鞘细胞简单而实用的方法。方法:建立嗅神经切断模型,大鼠(12只)均在显微镜下暴露左侧嗅球,而预变性嗅神经组(6只)切断大鼠左侧嗅神经,3d后取材采用差速贴壁纯化培养方法培养嗅鞘细胞,在不同时间进行NGFRp75免疫组化染色鉴定及形态学观察。结果:嗅鞘细胞发生代偿性肥大,数量及纯度高,此方法成功培养出自体激活的嗅鞘细胞。结论:预变性嗅神经是获取成年大鼠自体激活嗅球嗅鞘细胞的简单而实用的方法。
OBJECTIVE: To study the morphology and immunohistochemistry of olfactory ensheathing olfactory ensheathing olfactory nerve of rat olfactory nerve in order to explore a simple and practical method for obtaining olfactory ensheathing cells autoreactively. Methods: The model of olfactory nerve transection was established. All the rats (12 rats) were exposed to the left olfactory bulb under the microscope. The olfactory nerve group (6 rats) was cut off the left olfactory nerve. After 3 days, Culture Methods Olfactory ensheathing cells were cultured and identified by immunohistochemical staining of NGFRp75 and morphological observation at different times. Results: Olfactory ensheathing cells had compensatory hypertrophy, the quantity and purity were high. The olfactory ensheathing cells were successfully cultured by this method. Conclusion: The pre-degenerative olfactory nerve is a simple and practical method for obtaining autologous olfactory ensheathing olfactory ensheathing cells in adult rats.
