人力资本是指存在于人体之中,后天获得的具有经济价值的知识、技能、能力及健康等质量因素之整合, 是构成企业家才能的核心部分。因此, 加强对人力资本激励机制的研究对于提高企业运营绩效具有显著的意义。整个人力资本的激励机制应包括对人力资本的经济利益激励、对人力资本的权利与地位的激励和对人力资本的企业文化激励。
Human capital refers to the integration of quality factors such as knowledge, skills, abilities and health acquired in the human body and the acquired acquired economic value, and constitutes the core part of entrepreneurial talent.
