现就提高中学物理教学质量的几个问题谈些看法。从一九七七年以来,我们在党中央关怀下,特别是邓副主席亲自抓教育以来,中学物理的教学质量,有了很大提高。大致表现在这些方面:第一,有了一套统一的大纲和课本,结束了十年动乱期间思想上和做法上的混乱。在教学内容方面,结束了用“三机一泵”代替物理知识的错误做法,在教学方法方面,结束了以典型产品为中心进行教学的错误做法。第二,大力加强了实验,实验教学已逐步恢复起来,各地举办了很多经验交流会,组织了仪器生产,逐步恢复了仪器供应,自制仪器也开展得很好。使物理教学的物质基础有了恢复。第三,学校能正常开展教学。第四,高师《中学物理教学法》课程恢复了,出版了几种课本。第五,各省市直到县逐步建立了教学研究机构有专人负责物理,队伍逐渐充实。第六,物理学会大力抓了物
Now I will talk about some issues on improving the quality of physics teaching in middle schools. Since 1977, under the care of the Party Central Committee, and especially since Vice Chairman Deng personally focused on education, the quality of secondary school physics teaching has greatly improved. These are generally expressed in these areas. First, with a unified outline and textbooks, the ideological and practical confusion during the decade of turmoil has ended. In terms of teaching content, we ended the mistake of using “three machines and one pump” to replace physical knowledge. In terms of teaching methods, we ended the wrong practice of teaching with typical products as the center. Second, the experiment was vigorously strengthened, and experimental teaching has gradually recovered. Many experience exchange meetings were held throughout the country, instrument production was organized, and instrument supply was gradually restored. Self-made instruments were also well developed. The physical basis of physics teaching has been restored. Third, schools can carry out normal teaching. Fourth, the curriculum of the “High School Physics Teaching Method” in normal colleges has been restored, and several textbooks have been published. Fifth, each province and city has gradually established a teaching and research institution that has dedicated personnel to take charge of physics, and the team is gradually enriched.
