中职学校目前绝大部分实施的仍然是以成绩为主的单一的管理模式,有些学校虽已实施学分制,但主要以学年学分制或绩点学分制为主。随着社会的发展,传统的教学模式已越来越不适应学生的发展,中职学校也必须开始逐步实施弹性学分制,弹性学分制是一项全面、系统的工程,需要职能部门教育理念的与时俱进与管理职能的及时转变,重新制订现行的教学计划,改革现行的教学管理模式,促进学生自主、主动的学习,并进一步激发教师的教学积极性,提高教学质量。
