为降低组织间知识粘性,促进知识转移。构建了知识转移渠道对知识转移作用机制的理论框架,尤其是知识粘性的前因、知识粘性的中介作用和治理机制产生的调节效应。使用结构方程模型和层次回归分析对416份制造业企业的问卷调查数据进行实证研究,结果显示,知识转移渠道对知识转移产生显著影响,知识粘性在知识粘性的前因与知识转移之间起完全中介作用,知识粘性前因在知识转移渠道与知识粘性之间起完全中介作用,而交易机制和关系机制正向调节知识转移渠道与知识粘性前因、知识转移渠道与知识粘性、知识转移渠道与知识转移的关系。
