英语教学的优劣关系到中外合作办学的成败。本文以无锡工艺职业技术学院中加合作办学项目为例,通过分析现行英语教学模式的优劣,总结出目前项目中的英语教学在课程设置、教材选取上不合理;其师资水平的建设欠缺系统性和规范性;学生与外教之间频繁的文化冲突严重影响了外教的教学效果;以及学生良好学习态度的养成没有受到应有的重视。在此实践基础上探索出相应的教学改革方向:进行分级考试和分级教学;配套合适的教材;加强教师之间的合作交流,打造以留学人员和外教为主的教学团队;培养师生的跨文化交际能力;以及多方合作营造良好的学习氛围、养成学生正确的学习态度。
The pros and cons of English teaching is related to the success or failure of Sino-foreign cooperative education. Based on the analysis of the current English teaching mode, this paper summarizes the current English teaching in the project is unreasonable in terms of curriculum, selection of teaching materials; the lack of systematic construction of teachers Sexual and normative; frequent cultural conflicts between students and foreign teachers seriously affect the teaching effectiveness of foreign teachers; and students develop a good attitude to learning has not been given due attention. On the basis of this practice, we explore the corresponding direction of teaching reform: grading examinations and graded teaching; supporting appropriate teaching materials; strengthening cooperation and exchanges among teachers, creating a teaching team mainly composed of overseas students and foreign teachers; Cultural communication skills; and multi-party cooperation to create a good learning environment, and develop students’ correct attitude to study.
