今年以来,我厂根据部、局关于加强定额管理的指示,在增产节约运动中切实加强了定额管理。经过半年多时间,从调查摸底到修订整顿,进行了一系列细致工作,已取得了显著效果。现在,各类定额已从原有的256项修订补充为239种、750项。对各项辅助材料也分别制定了限额。由于定额工作做得比较细致切实,为加强计划管理和经济核算工作奠定了良好基础,有效地促进了增产节约。今年1～7月 Since the beginning of this year, according to the instructions of the ministry and bureau on strengthening quota management, we have effectively strengthened the quota management in the production increase and conservation campaign.
