目的:研究天晴甘平对白血病荷瘤鼠化疗后肝损伤的保护作用。方法:选择C57小鼠作为研究对象,建立白血病荷瘤鼠模型,化疗组和治疗组均给予环磷酰胺化疗,治疗组给予天晴甘平治疗。检测血清中肝酶含量以及肝脏组织中凋亡细胞比例、氧化应激反应产物的含量。结果:化疗组小鼠血清中ALT、AST、α-GST、GLDH含量高于对照组(均P<0.05),肝脏组织中凋亡细胞比例以及MDA、AOPP、8-OhdG含量高于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗组小鼠血清中ALT、AST、α-GST、GLDH含量低于化疗组(均P<0.05),肝脏组织中凋亡细胞比例以及MDA、AOPP、8-OhdG含量低于化疗组(均P<0.05)。结论:天晴甘平对白血病荷瘤鼠化疗后肝损伤具有保护作用,发挥保护作用的机制可能是减轻氧化应激反应、抑制肝细胞凋亡。
Objective: To study the protective effect of Tianqing Ganping on liver injury after chemotherapy in leukemia-bearing mice. Methods: C57 mice were selected as the research object to establish leukemia tumor-bearing mice model. Chemotherapy group and treatment group were given cyclophosphamide chemotherapy. The treatment group was treated with Gansu Ganping. The content of liver enzyme in serum and the ratio of apoptotic cells in liver tissue and the content of oxidative stress reaction products were detected. Results: The levels of ALT, AST, α-GST and GLDH in the serum of the chemotherapy group were higher than those of the control group (all P <0.05), and the percentage of apoptotic cells and the content of MDA, AOPP and 8-OhdG in the liver tissue were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The contents of ALT, AST, α-GST and GLDH in the serum of the mice in the treatment group were lower than those in the chemotherapy group (all P <0.05), and the percentage of apoptotic cells in the liver and the content of MDA, AOPP and 8-OhdG In the chemotherapy group (all P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Tianqing Ganping can protect liver from liver injury after chemotherapy in leukemia-bearing mice. The protective mechanism may be to reduce the oxidative stress and inhibit the apoptosis of hepatocytes.
